Plans for this activity include a Military Color Guard, a rifle company, an elementary school choir, a bagpipe corps of firefighters, state elected officials and a fly-by of military aircraft in the missing man formation.
This ceremony is projected to have hundreds of attendees. Staging and a sound system will be utilized to accommodate the expected crowd.
All of the events are open to the public free of charge.
